Classic at its core, this new build is a perfect example of how gentle juxtaposition can elevate and add interest to “light and airy” design.

In the grand open kitchen, custom cabinetry and macaubus quartzite countertops appear even more luminous against a rich walnut island. In the functional laundry room, a once-simple space is made infinitely more eye-catching by the celestial pattern of the porcelain tile floors.

But what I love most about this home is the fluidity and cohesion. Natural materials, delicate patterns, and grey-blue undertones serve as ribbons of design that subtly blend one room into the next.
